'If it seems like this wouldn’t be a FUN one … we disagree completely! All you need is yourself and perhaps a nice pillow or comfortable prop for behind your neck. Most of the following SIDE-LYING positions focus on IMPROVING UPPER BACK MOBILITY/MOVEMENT! Most of us NEED this do to poor posture, hunching and sitting, texting etc etc …Give these a try! In general: -exhale as you reach back or as you start the rotation (inhale as you come back) -try to bring the ‘up leg’ to waist or above to lock down the lower back (to help focus more on upper back) -try to keep the ‘up leg’ connected to the floor-try to determine the edge of your ability and breathe into that (challenge/discomfort instead of PAIN)'
